Cyber Isolation, a kind of loneness that you can only feel in cyber world - because of the instability of virtual communication.
For example: in the cyber world, when you post something, you will never know that how many people see, read and ignore your post, so the “no reply” state is a kind of cyber isolation.
The self-publishing book is composed of four sections of different material sizes, which makes it to be a paper installation, and also form natural chapters. The first is an abstract line illustration depicting the transformation of a light bulb into countless tears, symbolizing the collective memory constructed by individual stories; the second is a vocabulary of Cyber Isolation printed on transparent material, layered over each other, alluding to the overlapping false space in the virtual world; the third is a visual experiment about the vocabulary; the fourth is a more tangible visual experiment, a casual conversation about Cyber Isolation, a self-talk in the mind, a fragment of words.
赛博孤独，虚拟空间特有的孤独感。在我对着屏幕等待着网速与另外的无数个空间相交造成的时间差时，我时常会有这样一种微妙的感受。而当一个特殊的时代悄无声息地降临在世界里并开始蔓延，个人的感受层层叠叠，最终成为了集体的记忆。
这本实验性的自出版物由四个不同材料尺寸的部分组成，在作为一份捧在手上的纸本装置的同时，也构成了天然的章节。第一本是抽象的线条插画，描述一个灯泡变换成无数滴泪的过程，象征个人故事构建的集体记忆；第二本是印刷在透明材质上的有关赛博孤独的词汇，层层叠叠彼此覆盖，暗喻着虚拟世界不断覆盖的虚假空间；第三本是印刷在一叠半透明老虎纸上的有关于第二本词汇的视觉实验；第四本是更为具象的视觉内容：有关于赛博孤独的随意交谈、脑海中的自言自语、文字的碎片。
